Elect Kenya Johnson for Fulton County Judge


Respected Attorney – Kenya Johnson was recently appointed to the State Bar of Georgia’s Judicial Qualifications Commission’s Nominating Committee (JQC), by both the past and current president of the State Bar of Georgia, among other esteemed judges and attorney leaders which will, among other tasks, enforce standards for judicial conduct statewide. 

Attorney-Leader – Kenya Johnson is a charter member of an affinity bar association, Greater Atlanta Black Prosecutors Association, created to foster and train prosecutors on smart justice initiatives and she recently served as the Southeast Regional Director by the National Black Prosecutors Association where she was successful in expanding the organization by chartering new chapters and increasing membership.

Legal Lecturer & Attorney Mentor-  Kenya Johnson lectures to attorneys nationally and internationally on ethics and professional responsibility to promote fair and judicial processes. Johnson has authored several articles in the Georgia Bar Journal and is regularly called to give expert insight on national news outlets, including HLN & CourtTV, on criminal trial strategy.  

Community & Youth Advocate – Kenya Johnson is a frequent community speaker on restorative justice initiatives, and co-created the award-winning, ‘Real Talk About the Law”, a impactful, youth crime –prevention series duplicated in schools nationally to thousands of high school students.  For over 10 years, Kenya served as Director of the Fulton County District Attorney’s Youth Programs, where she oversaw youth enrichment outreach programs for thousands of Fulton County citizens.

Juris Doctorate degree, from South Texas College of Law, Houston Texas while visiting for a year at Georgia State University’s College of Law, 1998.
